Bug#622126: proftpd-basic: fails to remove after deletion of init script

Package: proftpd-basic
Severity: important

After deleting /etc/init.d/proftpd the package can't be updated or removed
as the prerm skript tries to execute the init skript with invoke-rc
which fails if the skript does not exists.

invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/proftpd not found.

As this doesn';t affect the "normal" installation I don;t think a RC
bug is warranted here, but it should be fixed soon.
