About templates of contributed modules and versioning.

As a general approach, I think sample templates should go to
/usr/share/proftpd/templates in their original form and properly
merged by ucf (if dynamical generated) or inserted as configuration files
into /etc/proftpd/conf.d (if static). Of course in this case a proper

proftpd-basic (>= 1.3.3d-4~)

versioned dependency is mandatory. For the same reason I would
require a build-dep like

proftpd-dev (>= 1.3.3d-5~) 

in order to ensure that a proper version of proftpd-dev is used.
Previous ones are broken. That would be nice against backporters.
