Notes about add-on modules.

Hi folks

a first round of sources are now installed in the archive. They can be
improved as anyone can usually expect:

* Templates can be also merged under /etc/proftpd/ by managing them by udf
  or better as a configuration files (they are static, so using udf is 
  probably pointless).
* I fixed missing proftpd-dev dependencies, so all modules can drop libacl1-dev
  by requiring strict dep on proftpd-dev >= 1.3.4~rc3-2~
* Drop all .la and .a files which are pointless and only pollute the proftpd
  library directory.

At every new major release of the core the proftpd ABI is expected to change, so a
binNMU call is expected to force updating for all add-on modules.

If one of you would collect a few notes about that and other tricks on the wiki, it
could help for next future.
