This bug is definitely more serious than it looks like, with HideFiles enabled users are unable to enter directories. If "SocketBindTight on" is enabled it locks completely for a minute until client with "HideFiles" is disconnected on timeout.

I had to build debian/1.3.3d-8 package to get my hosting server back to workable state.
