Hi!

Due to bug #4097, I am unable to transfer large files with ProFTPd
when using Filezilla as a client. I get the "incoming packet was
garbled on decryption" error message.

I have applied this patch:
 https://github.com/proftpd/proftpd/commit/8caf128db90099945fdee5b694b46faaaf2684f9

And the problem is gone.

The two first hunks of kex.c should be discarded, as well as the hunk
for NEWS, for the patch to be applied cleanly in the version in
Jessie.
