Bug description:
  In the current version 1.3.5 is a bug in the tls/ssl connection.
  Sometimes a simple list of a directory tooks 5 - 60 seconds.

  This bug is documented as 4108.
  The Bug is fixed at 1.3.5a
  => http://proftpd.org/docs/RELEASE_NOTES-1.3.5a
  => Fixed "stalled" SSL/TLS handshakes for data transfers

  The version 1.3.5~rc3 available for ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
  For no ubuntu version is the bug fixed!
