Status of proftpd-mod-counter (#653438)?

Dear Mahyuddin,

do you finally intend to uplog that package into the repository? I don't 
see any reason not to do so.

I d/rules one could replace

         dh $@

by

         dh $@ --without python-support

to make sure there is no call to dh_pysupport, which is unneeded and 
obsolete.
