  Backport Proftpd 1.3.5b to Xenial to fix MLSD bug

Bug description:
  Proftpd v1.3.5a shipped with Xenial 16.04 LTS has a bug regarding the
  MLSD command. This leads to timeouts with some FTP clients (e.g. Coda
  2.0)

  There is a fix released and the new version is 1.3.5b. As this leads
  to timeouts with some clients it would be great to backport this
  version to 16.04 LTS.
