[proftpd] GIT branches?

While on that, let me clarify some old additional branches still present:

debian/1.3.3 I do not remember, but its role should be consistent with after squeeze development.
Probably it could removed.

debian/lenny
squeeze
wheezy
wheezy-tpu

All them are old post-release branches to follow proposed-updates/security developments.
I would follow the same policy for stretch post-release, by creating a new branch
starting from the final update. About branching, note that I generally use public branches
only for specific purpose, but I also have tons of issue-specific non-public branches,
as by git approach to development.

About my future programs for proftpd, I would introduce an experimental 1.3.6~rcX branch
where starting to work on the new version AND I would like to modernize the debian/rules
file by introducing dh support. That should make more robust and easy to read the debian
packaging stuff. When robust enough we could move to merge into master and upload into
unstable.

That's all ATM.
