I'm afraid it is lo late now. Soft freeze ends on 5.2. (Sunday). So
unless you have to time to do an import, write a proper changelog,
upload w/ urgency "high" we won't have it in testing.

Do we need a freeze exception for proftpd 1.3.5b-3?
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/proftpd-dfsg says "Too young, only 1 of
10 days old". After these 10 days the time for full freeze is over.
