[Proftpd] Further progress and questions

Hi in the meantime I synced salsa proftpd-dfsg repo and locked the alioth one.
So, please switch origin to the new salsa one to pull/push stuff for the
main proftpd pkg. I'm now switching Vcs-* to reflect the update.
