For proftp you activated the "Emails on push" integration and two
webbhooks. The latter are missing in the modules repos. I guess these
should be added.

On [1] I read "Replace SOURCENAME with the name of your source package
and chose either close or tag pending, depending on the action you want
to get.". So I understand that it doesn't make sense to add both hooks.
I'd vote for removing the close web hook.
