About that, note that only 4 other contacts currently subscribed this list. As you
probably alredy know, salsa.d.o does not support MLs, and asking for a new
list lists.d.o is also quite pointless.
But for using the my personal email as contact point for the Maintainer field
there are not many other stable alternatives, but for using an external ML
service. Suggestions?

Of course, I'm going to add the full group (-> already in place)/projects into
gitlab and people can subscribe to team/projects to get reports and notifications.
Of course, not having a common ML to (now rarely) discuss something could
be suboptimal, but we could eventually use the team Issues for that.

Also, I would promote the use of #proftpd on Freenode for fast interactions,
even we could pollute the channel with debian-only related traffic. I don't
think Castaglia would complain so much.

I also reporting a recent experience about that with useful comments by
sebastic (Debian GIS Team)

https://lists.debian.org/debian-gis/2017/12/msg00021.html

Our problems are quite similar (at a little scale of course). If you agree,
it is time to participate to the team just to start initial trials.
