proftpd-dfsg_1.3.7a+dfsg-1_amd64.changes ACCEPTED into unstable, unstable

Hi, 

While working on fixating #977349 the transition I saw that a few modules 
which depend on mod_tls/mod_sftp are still resident in -core. This is a 
non-sense.

AFAIK the following modules needs to be moved in -mod_crypto from -core

mod_tls_*
mod_sftp_*

Generally, dependency is declared in module documentation and that
also imply a specific order in loadmodule clauses.
