Bug#978340: proftpd-mod-dnsbl: FTBFS: Cannot compile mod_dnsbl using prxs

Oh well, proftpd-mod-dnsbl is now obsoleted by proftpd-core who also Provides
it in sid, and the source package should be removed in testing/sid
to allow migration of current proftpd. I have a lapsus about that, should
I ask an explicit remove to d-release?
