patch for sftp issue

hi,

  The proftpd project encountered an issue that make all SFTP connexion impossible with all the client using libputty 
0.73 (new version). The bug is: http://bugs.proftpd.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4385. A patch has been pushed to correct this.

   Could you see if this change can be included in the debian packages because all filezilla and other clients cannot 
connect to proftpd in sftp/ssh since december when they moved to the new putty library :)
