Bug#993784: SQL syntax errors in proftpd-mod-pgsql

as in "https://github.com/proftpd/proftpd/issues/1149" wrote there is a Systax error.


by trying to Insert there was adding extra single quotes.


proftpd[4984] 127.0.0.1 (62.96.182.48[62.96.182.48]): mod_sql/4.5: unrecoverable backend error: (mod_sql_postgres/4.0.4) ERROR:  syntax error at or near "cms"
LINE 1: INSERT INTO users_website_tallies VALUES (''cms'', 0.000000)


There are already patches but maybe not ready when bullseye released?
