[Bug 2007851] [NEW] SFTP get always fails

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Release: 22.04
proftpd package version: 1.3.7c+dfsg-1build1

There seems to be an issue with mod_vroot and SFTP that leads to
download failures, I always get the error message "No such file or
directory", although the file exists on the server. This only affects
downloads (get) and only SFTP, uploads (put) work fine.

The problem is already discussed on the github page of proftpd:

There is also a suggested patch to fix this issue:
https://github.com/proftpd/proftpd/commit/56d500e7112012f560e5273e327f752c4c480567

I have applied the suggested patch and build the package myself, this
actually fixes the problem.
