the gstreamer0.10 pulseaudio plugin does deadlock if you kill the pulseaudio
server. Why this uses 100% cpu in rhythmbox i'm unsure.. Maybe it has a busy
loop waiting for a state change, but anyway, first the gst-pulse bug needs to
be fixed....
