Downgrades are not supported, Josselin.

Status is:

tom1:~#
tom1:~# ps -Af |grep -i mixer
schorpp 18540 1 0 09:16 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/gnome-applets/mixer_applet2 --oaf-activate-iid=OAFIID:GNOME_MixerApplet_Factory --oaf-ior-fd=36
root 19687 6699 0 09:25 pts/1 00:00:00 grep -i mixer
tom1:~#
tom1:~#
tom1:~# ps -Af |grep -i volume
schorpp 18517 1 0 09:16 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfs-hal-volume-monitor
schorpp 18520 1 0 09:16 ? 00:00:00 /usr/lib/gvfs/gvfs-gphoto2-volume-monitor
schorpp 18891 1 0 09:17 ? 00:00:00 gnome-volume-control.gstreamer
root 19710 6699 0 09:26 pts/1 00:00:00 grep -i volume

Prevented

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 143 28. Mai 00:01 /usr/bin/gnome-volume-control
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 90760 28. Mai 00:12 /usr/bin/gnome-volume-control-applet
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 133720 28. Mai 00:12 /usr/bin/gnome-volume-control.pulse

from start by manual killall and misusing sessions->save.

But mixer states are not saved anymore and wrong audio out device for sound theme is used,
and there's are warning for missing freedesktop-sound-scheme.

I can change the output device by calling gnome-volume-control.pulse from console but it's not saved
for next gnome startup, now trying to save it with sessions->save.

We're too old to forward upstream to bugzilla.gnome.org, aren't we?
