[Pkg-pulseaudio-devel] Bug#546734: Missing build dependency: libsndfile1-dev (>= 1.0.20-1)

Building the package fails if the available version of libsndfile1-dev
is a version minor to 1.0.20. I discovered this trying to backport
pulseaudio to lenny.

I suggest adding libsndfile1-dev (>= 1.0.20-1) to the build
dependencies of the package.
