Bug#643791: pulseaudio: Breaks mplayer sound output on second sound device

Unfortunately that fails with

Failed to initialize audio driver 'alsa:device=plugwh=1'
Could not open/initialize audio device -> no sound.
Audio: no sound

("device=plughw=1" is correct, since mplayer uses : to separate options)
