Bug#645063: pulseaudio mutes itself when a sink is muted, but does not unmute

This is an old problem.

In these months of using pulseaudio, I had solved adding "ignore_dB =
1" (without quotes) to the line "load-module module-udev-detect" in the
file /etc/pulse/default.pa.

Now, however, this modification causes the bug described in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=645002
