Bug#720095: [pulseaudio] "White noise" after a lapse of time.

After a lapse of time the speakers produces "white noise".
I do not know if the lapse of time start at boot or at user login (not
root).

To solve this noise problem the user (not root) write the command

killall pulseaudio

The desktop environment is KDE.
