Bug#590148: pulseaudio: no sound in firefox/iceweasel after suspend/resume

This bug was reported against a very old version of pulseaudio. It
appears it has been fixed in the meantime, as I cannot reproduce the
issue. If you still can reproduce this issue please reply so we can
debug this, otherwise I'd like to close this bug.
