Bug#739329: please configure alsa to use pulseaudio by default

Dear ALSA maintainers,

libasound2-plugins ships 2 files that are unnecessary and confusing
for the user:

/usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf.d/99-pulseaudio-default.conf.example
/usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf.d/50-pulseaudio.conf

Pulseaudio ships a configuration file that sets the default to pulse
device when the daemon is running, so these configuration files are
redundant and might confuse users. README-pulse could also be replaced
by a file that notes that pulseaudio is set as default device whenever
the pulse daemon is running.
