Probably except it reinstall a lot of stuffs I do not want on my system
(initramfstools, klibc, kernel headers, ...). I would prefer to fix my
.config though I already checked it via
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/systemd/systemd/tree/README#n39 for
mandatory/optional options.

Will do.

Kde seems to work fine and uses dbus heavilly.

when not on systemd I have no /run/user at all when booted so its a
sydtemd stuff.

I have nothing that mount the tmpfs in the /run directory
Mount contains:
tmpfs on /run type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,noexec,relatime,size=1635332k,mode=755)
So /run is empty at creation after the mount.
