Since the glibc manual explicitly recommends using _SC_NPROCESSORS_ONLN
over _SC_NPROCESSORS_CONF [1], I don't think we should fear any regressions.

_SC_NPROCESSORS_ONLN is also available on FreeBSD [2] as well as on
GNU/Hurd [3]. I also think that it would make sense to call the
variable _SC_NPROCESSORS_CONF and not just _SC_NPROCESSORS if on
a system which has _SC_NPROCESSORS_ONLN.
