Yes, but the speaker doesn't reconnect automatically, I have to go into
bluetooth settings and turn the connection back on. Alternatively, if I
don't restart bluetooth, but go into settings, it shows the speaker as
connected/on. Turning it off and then back on in that dialogue causes it
to connect properly.

I'm attaching two files. The first is when I reconnected the speaker,
pulseaudio didn't respond and I did nothing (except kill PA). The second
is when I restarted bluetooth and used the bluetooth settings to
establish a connection.
