Hi Felipe, thanks!

I hope I can help out with pulseaudio packaging. I thought I could start by
triaging some old bugs.

What is the normal workflow of the team? For example if I have a packaging
patch, should I push to a personal branch on the alioth repository and then ask
for review here?
