Bug#917161: pulseaudio: Pulseaudio takes longer to start than default systemd timeout (again)

Package: pulseaudio
Version: 12.2-2
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
the problem previously reported in #910512 has appeared again. That bug went away by itself
after a later system update. Now the problem has occurred again, again after a system update.
However, during this system update pulseaudio itself was not updated so the problem seems to
be related to how pulseaudio interacts with the system. The most noteworthy part of the
update was the linux kernel upgrade from 4.18 to 4.19 and systemd from 239-15 to 240-1.
The rest of the problem description can be found in the previously reported bug, including
logs and previous troubleshooting. The summary of the problem is that pulseaudio takes longer
to start than the default systemd timeout. After increasing the systemd timeout to 5 minutes
I have now measured that it once again takes 2 minutes and 24 seconds for pulseaudio to start.
The default timeout is 90 seconds. However, when the problem was resolved temporarily and the
previous bug was closed I measured that a restart of pulseaudio took less than 2 seconds. So
the default timeout of 90 seconds should be more than enough for pulseaudio.
