Bug#943999: Drop /usr/lib/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/pulseaudio.socket symlink
Laurent Bigonville
bigon at debian.org
Sat Nov 2 13:38:32 GMT 2019
Source: pulseaudio
Version: 12.99.2-1
Severity: normal
Hello,
With debhelper 12, dh_installsystemduser is called during the build of
the package, that means that the .service and .socket files are enabled
by default (in /etc/systemd/user)
That means that the static
/usr/lib/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/pulseaudio.socket symlink is
not useless (and actually harmful as it will prevent the user to
completely disable the socket if they want)
Please stop creating that symlink
Kind regards,
Laurent Bigonville
