Am I missing something? How to debug this?
The same command works fine when run manually.
NOTE: I have no idea when this misbehavior has started. That's because
this system didn't have user systemd sessions for some months (disabled
in libpam-systemd), now that was restored and it apparently works except
for pulseaudio.
