Since this was a reply to a closed bug about v1.0, I cloned it and
reopened as one for v1.3.

I've worked a bit on packaging v1.3, and pushed it to a salsa fork [1]
(as a DM not in pulseaudio-team). For testing, it should be possible to
build it roughly like so:

  gbp clone https://salsa.debian.org/alpernebbi/webrtc-audio-processing
  cd webrtc-audio-processing
  git checkout version-1.3
  gbp dch --commit --release --new-version="1.3-1"
  gbp buildpackage

Please review, and upload if everything looks OK. I've build-tested on
release architectures, and tested PulseAudio 17.0's module-echo-cancel
with it on amd64 and arm64. I guess it will have to go through NEW to
rename and split the binary packages.
