Bug#1143540: JACK2 Build-Depends tested successfully

Hi,

I tested the proposed PulseAudio Build-Depends change on a clean
Debian 13 (trixie) amd64 environment using the current Salsa packaging
master (commit 0c7f61f2).

Change tested:

    - libjack-dev,
    + libjack-jackd2-dev,

The build environment was switched from JACK1 to libjack-jackd2-dev
1.9.22~dfsg-4. dpkg-checkbuilddeps passed, then I ran:

    DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=1 dpkg-buildpackage -b -us -uc -j1

The full binary package build completed successfully with exit status
0. Meson detected JACK 1.9.22 with JACK enabled, and the Debian build
had tests enabled. The build produced
pulseaudio-module-jack_17.0+dfsg1-2_amd64.deb (along with the other
binary packages).

I can do additional testing or prepare a Salsa merge request if useful.
