Bug#817130: [PATCH] pulseaudio: fix stale /etc/default/pulseaudio reference

Hi,

The current Debian packaging still has README.Debian referring to
/etc/default/pulseaudio, which is not installed there. This patch
removes that stale reference while preserving the existing client.conf
guidance.

The change is based on current pulseaudio-team/pulseaudio master and
passes git diff --check.

Regards,
Thomas M. Stephens
