Hello everyone,

I'm a debian packaging novice but I'm apprenticing under Russ Allbery.  I'm 
the local puppet maintainer at my institution and am interested in being 
more active in the debian community.  I thought helping to maintain the 
puppet packages would be a great start for me.

How can I help get 0.4.1 out the door?
