[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#495956: puppetca --clean does not remove csr file

After running "puppetca --clean --all vera.madduck.net",
/var/lib/puppet/ssl/csr_vera.madduck.net.pem still exists. It should
also have been removed, no?
