[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#459579: puppetmaster: Puppetmaster doesn't start, permissions problem

Upon trying to start the puppetmaster the following error is generated:

This seems to be down to /var/lib/puppet/run/ being owned by root,
rather than puppet. I assume this pid file should really go in to
/var/run anyay though.
