Agreed, I'll apply it to the repository I am working with for the next upload.

Right now upstream has released 0.24.2 which I began to package for upload,
but there are a few issues that showed up after release and it is expected
that 0.24.3 will be released on Wednesday to correct these problems (I'm
currently testing that branch now). So, I think we are getting really close
to uploading a new package, and we can include this patch at that time.
