Given the strong crossover between Facter and Puppet, and that the
Facter maintainers weren't actively interested, Andrew Pollock and I
chatted to them and have decided to switch over the maintainer to this
list.

That recent message was me importing the current Facter dsc and
rebasing against the 1.5.4 upstream release, then pushing the whole
thing into the master branch in debian git.
