[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#525852: postrm will remove files owned by puppetmaster on purge

Hi,

Puppet will rm -rf /var/lib/puppet on purge.  But this directory may
contain files created by puppetmaster (e.g. the CA certificates) which
should not be removed when puppet (and not puppetmaster) is purged.
