When running puppetrun on any host (if tags are in use anywhere), the puppet
daemon spews the following errors, and processes no resources.

Dec  1 15:29:59 gold puppetd[32357]: (//apache2/Exec[reload-apache2]) Not tagged with

One gets that type of error for all resources.

It would be great if that patch could be applied to the lenny-backports before
0.25.2.  I'm willing to help if there's anything I can do.
