[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#561231: bad pid file when puppetd and puppetmasterd is stopped

The pid file used by the init script should be /var/run/puppetd.pid and not /var/run/puppet/puppetd.pid.
the daemn is not stopped.

the same error occure on the puppetmasterd init script
