I committed a patch to add "status" arguments to the init scripts.  

With this fix, the pid file locations in the init scripts are set to
/var/run/puppet/<mumble>.pid, as I _think_ that's the correct place
since rundir should be set to /var/lib/puppet.

The "status" argument for puppetmasterd returns multiple lines if
mongrel is used with multiport, it seemed the sane way to output this.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. :)
