[Pkg-puppet-devel] Bug#511826: manpages and/or binaries misplaced in wrong packages

Version: 0.24.6-1

As it is, manual pages for puppetca and puppetrun should be in:
debian/puppetmaster.manpages

They are currently in: debian/puppet.manpages

On the other hand, perhaps the binaries puppetca and puppetrun 
are in the wrong place and therefore should be included in the 
puppet package (as it is, these binaries are in puppetmaster 
package).

(This bug report is meant for the experimental release)
