Normally you would just run puppetd --test --debug --trace, although
maybe --debug will include the --trace option.

Your information for these bugs is appreciated, however it would be more
helpful if you gathered a bunch of your information together and sent it
all at once, rather than multiple small emails. It just helps processing
a little better.
