well, I think it's reasonable to assume packagers will be subscribed to
puppet-dev... however, there may be discussions that are best just targeted
at port maintainers that will just be noise on puppet-dev, so a packagers
list might be a good idea anyway

well, install.rb isn't the worst install mechanism I've had to try and
package around, so I've no complaints.
