[Pkg-puppet-devel] Upload of 0.25.4-3?

Hey folks,

I've been thinking about getting 0.25.4-3 uploaded soon and was
wondering what others were thinking about this?

There are a number of changes that I'd like to see get out there
soon. Particularly annoying are the broken emacs bits that this fixes,
and particularly nice are the rack/passenger setup stuff, and the things
that are needed to facilitate easier puppetqd usage.
