I haven't seen that error, but I ended up with thousands of database
connections on my one of my 0.25.4 puppetmasters whenver I turned on
storeconfig, which I was not able to figure out the reason for before I
had it taken out of service.

Anyway, I'm rambling over lost puppets, and the patch looks sane.

+1 from me, both for the patch, and a meta-+1 for the +1s.
